Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to our school community!
I’m proud to lead a team of passionate staff who care deeply about giving every student personalised attention. Our school lives by the values of happiness, integrity, and knowledge—values that guide how we learn, grow, and support one another every day.
We believe school should be a happy and safe place where students feel respected and encouraged to be their best selves. Integrity is really important to us, so we work hard to help students develop honesty, kindness, and a strong sense of responsibility. At the same time, we’re committed to making learning engaging and personalised, so every student can explore their interests and talents.
We are passionate about working collaboratively with families and the wider community to ensure every child’s potential is realised. Together, we strive to create a place where every student feels valued, inspired, and empowered to achieve their best.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our school. We warmly welcome you to join our school family and be part of this wonderful journey.
Warm regards,
Natalie Merz, Principal of Glen Alice Public School
